project weeks 2-6

It says "submit the results each week" but there are no deadlines listed... Are the deadlines to be the Monday following each week at any time? The Friday at the end of each week?

The requirements for part 2 have "...meets the needs addressed in #1-3." What do you mean by #1-3?
